Job Objective: Drive sales of premium membership plans to registered Jeevansathi users through consultative selling, relationship building, and online product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with registered users and their families through outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and explain service benefits.
- Drive sales conversions and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.
- Build solid relationships with customers, including HNI users.
- Ensure adherence to quality and productivity standards.
