Roles & Responsibilities
- Support customers with banking, mortgage and finance-related queries.
- Review and process financial and customer documentation.
- Assist with mortgage/loan-related requests and account servicing.
- Ensure accuracy of transactions and adherence to banking procedures.
- Resolve customer queries while maintaining high service and quality standards.
- Follow compliance, documentation and SLA requirements.
