Position: Purchase Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Walk-In Dates: 4th, 5th & 6th August 2026

Interview Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate recent suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Ensure all purchase orders comply with company procurement policies.
- Track purchase orders until delivery is completed.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain procurement records and vendor documentation.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchase/Procurement.




- Knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.
- Vendor relationship management skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems is an added advantage.
