Job Level:4B Note: we are looking for Enterprise Credit Analyst.

Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Analyst responsible for conducting comprehensive financial statement analysis, evaluating merchant and corporate credit risk exposure, performing industry and business risk assessments, and preparing well-supported credit memorandums. The role involves assessing financial strength, determining appropriate credit limits, identifying key risk drivers,



and providing recommendations to support sound credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze audited and unaudited financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Assess merchant and corporate creditworthiness by evaluating profitability, liquidity, leverage, cash flow adequacy, and debt servicing capacity.

Calculate and evaluate credit risk exposure and determine appropriate credit limits based on financial strength and business profile.

Prepare detailed credit memorandums summarizing financial analysis, key risks, industry outlook, exposure assessment, and credit recommendations.

Conduct industry and market research to understand competitive positioning, sector trends, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic impacts.

Review existing merchant portfolios and monitor financial performance to identify emerging credit risks.

Evaluate collateral structures, guarantees, and other risk mitigation measures where applicable.

Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to assess the impact of adverse business and economic conditions.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Collaborate with underwriting, risk management,



sales, and relationship management teams to support credit decisions.

Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor portfolio performance and communicate material risk concerns to management.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related field. MBA/CFA preferred.

Experience in credit risk analysis, merchant underwriting, commercial lending, or corporate credit analysis. Robust understanding of financial statement analysis and credit exposure assessment techniques. Ability to write comprehensive credit memos and present credit recommendations.

Knowledge of industry analysis, risk rating methodologies, and exposure management.

Advanced Excel and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Documents to Carry:
