Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.

- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication.

- Maintain a professional attitude while interacting with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer needs.

- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/call center setting (freshers welcome).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.

- Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.

- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is required.
