About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Branch Manager - Inbound to oversee branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong operational knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, audit standards, AML/KYC, and regulatory requirements.
- Authorize and verify customer transactions and service requests processed by branch staff.
- Oversee branch lobby management and customer queue handling to enhance service delivery.
- Supervise cash operations,



including FX and Traveler's Cheques, within approved limits.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues within defined TAT.
- Monitor operational risk controls and ensure error-free processing.
- Support, guide, and mentor branch staff to achieve operational and service excellence.
