Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Indirect & Raw Material Procurement role to oversee our procurement activities for indirect and raw materials. This is an on-site role located in Gurugram. The primary job responsibilities include sourcing, developing suppliers, and managing supplier performance for all indirectly and directly purchased materials.

Additionally, you’ll be expected to establish and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, ensure the reliability, availability, and cost-effectiveness of materials, and develop best-in-class procurement processes.





Responsibilities Responsible to drive the projects & to complete the projects within budget & timelines.

Responsible for the procurement of Commodities/Raw Materials.

Studying market trends and identifying any risks when sourcing and procuring commodities.

Negotiating favorable prices and terms of purchase to maximize best commodity sourcing practices.

To analyze the data & to do the long term & short-term contracts with vendors.

Checks inventory, tracks how inventory used & share the daily stock report & usage trends.

Supervising department personnel when they prepare contracts and purchase orders.

Develop & Maintain relationships with current & existing suppliers.

Coordination with plant teams at different locations

Education & Requirements High Integrity & transparency in dealing

Education – B.Sc in Food Technology / MS/M.Sc(Science) in Food Technology

Industry experience of at least 6-10 years in the purchase of Raw Materials (Foods & Beverages).

Basic knowledge of ERP

Good knowledge of MS Excel & MIS reports

Good negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.

Technical qualification in food will be an added advantage.
