7+ years’ experience managing enterprise VMware environments Solid expertise in VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter) Strong experience with SAN storage technologies (FC/iSCSI/NFS) and vSAN Hands‑on knowledge of HA, DRS, vMotion, VMFS, Datastore design, Storage multipathing and latency troubleshooting
