Full - Time VMC Operator Nashik, Maharashtra, India May 23, 2026 Apply Now General Summary Of Duties / Responsibilities Plan and select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures and machining strategies.
Optimize cycle times while ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface finish
Monitor the performance of machines and processes, making adjustment as necessary
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and tooling before machining begins.
Monitor machine operations during production runs to ensure quality and consistency.
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure adherence to specifications.
Make minor adjustments to machine programs and settings to improve quality and efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Document production logs and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors JOB SPECIFICATION (SKILLS / QUALITIES/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB) I.T.I or equivalent; technical certification is a plus..
Minimum 1-3 years of experience operating VMC machines in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
Robust knowledge of machine, tooling and setup procedures.
Familiarity with quality control standards and measuring instruments.
Basic understanding of G-code and M-code programming (preferred but not mandatory).
Good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.
