About the Role As a Visitor Promotion Executive, you will identify, engage, and invite relevant business professionals, buyers, and decision-makers to attend our trade exhibitions. You'll also help facilitate business meetings between exhibitors and visitors, creating valuable networking and business opportunities.

Note: This is a research, outreach, and coordination role—not a sales role.

Key Responsibilities - Research companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Apollo.Io, and online sources.

- Build and maintain visitor databases.
- Reach out via email, LinkedIn,



and phone to invite qualified attendees.
- Coordinate business matching between exhibitors and visitors.
- Track visitor engagement and maintain accurate reports in Excel.

What We're Looking For - Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, business outreach, event coordination, or customer engagement.
- Good knowledge of Excel, LinkedIn, and online research tools.
- Experience with Apollo.Io is an advantage.
