Role Overview :

As a Software Engineer at the Senior Consultant level, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering high-scale solutions that power Visas payment ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and global stakeholders to design robust systems that handle massive transaction volumes. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of next-generation technologies, including GenAI and advanced orchestration frameworks, to optimize system performance and enhance the reliability of our platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures to ensure high availability and fault tolerance for critical payment processing services.
- Develop and maintain secure, high-performance APIs that facilitate seamless integration between internal platforms and external financial partners.




- Architect complex system solutions by integrating GenAI models and LangGraph workflows to automate decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to junior engineers to maintain high standards of code quality and system performance.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and implement long-term architectural improvements.

Requirements :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying distributed systems using Java and microservices architecture in high-traffic environments.
- Proven ability to design and implement sophisticated API strategies that prioritize security, scalability, and developer experience.
- Practical experience in integrating GenAI and LangGraph into production-grade applications to solve complex business problems.
- Solid analytical skills to translate high-level business requirements into detailed system architecture and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional decision-making.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
