The candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring successful case processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding study, tourist, work, and PR visa options - Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa pathways - Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms - Explain documentation requirements and process timelines clearly - Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa applications - Maintain proper records of clients and follow-ups - Coordinate with documentation and processing teams - Achieve monthly targets and contribute to company growth Requirements:




- Minimum 1–3 years experience in immigration or visa counselling - Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi - Good knowledge of visa procedures (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.) - Ability to handle pressure and meet targets - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Skills:
