Role Description The Virtual Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic financial leadership and oversight for TECHVED Consulting while working closely with senior management and key stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, responsible for guiding financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term capital allocation to support the company’s growth and transformation initiatives. The Virtual CFO will oversee financial reporting and compliance, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure robust internal controls and risk management practices.

Day-to-day activities will include analyzing financial data, advising on investment and cost-optimization decisions,



supporting pricing and commercial strategies, and collaborating with business units on strategic projects and AI-driven initiatives. The role will also involve stakeholder communication, including preparing financial presentations for leadership, partners, and potential investors, and contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in core finance and accounting, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

- Experience in strategic finance, such as capital allocation, business modeling, scenario planning, and supporting C-level decision-making.

- Knowledge of compliance and risk management, including regulatory adherence, internal controls, governance frameworks, and audit coordination.

- Ability to partner with business, technology, and AI teams to evaluate investments, optimize profitability, and support transformation initiatives.

- Advanced proficiency with financial tools and spreadsheets; familiarity with ERP or financial systems and data-driven dashboards is beneficial.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Qualified qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent relevant degree; prior experience in consulting, technology, or AI-driven organizations is an advantage.
