Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Video Scriptwriter role based in Gurugram.

The Video

Scriptwriter will develop clear, engaging scripts for a variety of video formats, including short films, explainer videos, educational content, social impact campaigns, and documentary-style pieces. Daily responsibilities include researching topics, understanding project objectives, conceptualizing storylines, outlining content, and writing scripts aligned with the organization’s mission and communication strategy. The role involves collaborating closely with video producers, directors, and subject-matter experts to refine scripts, incorporate feedback, and ensure accurate representation of social development themes.

Scriptwriter will also support pre-production planning, adapt scripts for different platforms and audiences, and maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice.





Key Responsibilities: • Write scripts for educational, awareness, promotional, and social media videos.

- Research topics related to education, youth empowerment, career development, and social impact.
- Develop compelling stories and content ideas for campaigns.
- Collaborate with video anchors, designers, and marketing teams.
- Edit and refine scripts based on feedback and campaign objectives.
- Ensure content aligns with the organization's mission and communication goals.
- Stay updated on content trends and audience preferences.

Required Skills & Competencies: • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.

- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
- Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content.
- Familiarity with content creation and social media platforms.
