Employment Type: Full-time** Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated Visa Process Associate with hands-on experience in immigration processes for multiple countries. The candidate should have working knowledge of Australia PR , Work Visas , Germany Opportunity Card , Germany Work Visa , and other global visa categories.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with end-to-end visa processing and documentation.

- Handle application filing for

- Australia Permanent Residency (PR)

- Australia Work Visas

- Germany Opportunity Card

- Germany Work Visa

- Other international visa types
- Review eligibility and guide clients on required documents.
- Prepare accurate forms, checklists, and submissions.
- Coordinate with clients regularly for updates and missing information.
- Stay updated on immigration rules, embassy procedures, and policy changes.




- Maintain proper records of cases and update internal systems/CRM.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in visa/immigration processing.
- Basic to good understanding of Australia PR process (EOI, SkillSelect, points system).
- Experience in handling Germany Opportunity Card or work visa applications is a plus.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in an immigration consultancy setting.
- Familiarity with CRM or case management tools.
