Position Title: Head of Technology The technology architecture here is already designed. Three layers; every platform decision is closed. We need a senior technical leader who ensures that what an external agency builds matches the design. If reviewing vendor work and catching the flaw before production is your strength, read on.

We are one of India's fastest-growing healthcare clinic networks. 60-plus clinics across 30-plus cities, scaling to 100-plus. Development is delivered through an external agency. This role is the in-house technical authority over all of it.

THE ROLE:

The most senior technology position in the company. You own technical oversight of all agency deliverables, the integration spine build, the website platform evaluation, and infrastructure architecture decisions. You manage a DevOps Engineer and a Website Specialist, and coordinate with the Data head and the Operations head. We run on off-the-shelf platforms; configuration over custom builds is a fixed principle, not a preference.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

- Technical review of all agency deliverables: code quality, architecture compliance, quality gates
- Integration spine (workflow automation): spec, build oversight, testing, go live




- Website platform: evaluation, migration management, optimization
- Infrastructure architecture decisions, executed by DevOps
- Tool evaluation and sprint-level agency delivery tracking

WHO YOU ARE:

- 8 to 12 years in technology roles, including 3 plus years managing outsourced teams or agencies
- ERP implementation or configuration experience: ERPNext, Odoo, Zoho, SAP B1, NetSuite, or Dynamics. Platform matters less than ERP thinking
- Database evaluation capability: MariaDB, Postgres, schema design, query performance
- AWS literacy: can evaluate infrastructure decisions, hands-on daily not required
- Has caught real architectural mistakes in vendor deliverables and can name specifics
- Has built for non-tech users in physical locations: clinics, hospitals, retail, warehouses

ADVANTAGEOUS: ERP implementation consultancies, healthcare IT operations, systems integration practices, or ops technology leadership at physical footprint businesses.
