Role Description The Vibe Coder at NexAI Labs is responsible for designing, building, and refining AI-powered agents that align closely with client brand identity, tone, and business objectives. In this full-time, in office role based in Surat, the Vibe Coder collaborates with product, design, and client teams to translate brand guidelines and customer journeys into conversational flows and agent behaviors.

Daily tasks include scripting dialogues, tuning models, configuring workflows, testing performance, and iterating on responses and experiences based on data and feedback. The role also involves documenting configurations, maintaining quality standards,



and contributing ideas to enhance how AI agents connect with users and drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

- Ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned conversational scripts and user flows for AI agents.
- Experience working with AI tools or conversational platforms (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants, or prompt engineering).
- Skills in analyzing user behavior and performance metrics to improve agent responses and overall experience.
- Strong collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and translate them into implementable solutions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, including consistent tone, accuracy, and compliance with brand and project guidelines.
- Comfort with basic technical concepts related to APIs, integrations, and digital workflows; prior experience in tech or SaaS environments is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is beneficial.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in fields such as communication, design, technology, or related disciplines.
