We are currently hiring for Sr UX Designer at Clean Harbors(GCC - Product), a global leader in environmental and industrial services.

Position: Sr UX Designer

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Hyderabad, Hybrid

Working Hours: 12:00pm to 9.00pm

We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

Required Skills

- Looking for candidates with 6-8 years of experience in UX design, who have strong skills in visual designing including Figma tool, UX methods, and experience with creating and managing design systems.
- The role involves developing and maintaining design systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research and usability testing, and creating visually appealing, user-friendly designs.
- These candidates should be both creative and analytical, able to work independently and as part of a team, and passionate about designing innovative, user-centric solutions.
- Bringing on these skilled professionals will greatly enhance our teams capabilities and help us achieve our project goals.

Responsibilities:




- Experience in converting insights and requirements derived from user research, business stakeholders and data analysis into practical execution.
- Practical execution of the true nature of Agile Product Development.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Experience in designing user experience for responsive websites and mobile and tablet. applications for iOS and Android as well as non-digital ecosystems.
- Experience in working with Google Material Design and iOS design guidelines.
- Good understanding of the design and development lifecycle and a track record of launched modern responsive websites and mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Capable of juggling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Create style guides, visual design patterns and supporting graphics for new and existing products.
- Showcase design solutions to the stakeholders through mock-ups and interactive prototypes.
