About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma to design modern, intuitive, and visually engaging digital products. The ideal candidate should have experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, web applications, mobile applications, CRM systems, portals, and responsive websites.

You will work closely with founders, product managers, developers, and marketing teams to transform ideas into exceptional user experiences and production-ready interface designs. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Design

Design responsive web and mobile applications.

Create user flows, wireframes, information architecture, mockups, and high-fidelity UI.

Design dashboards, admin panels, student portals, teacher portals, CRM systems, LMS platforms, and marketing websites.

Design intuitive onboarding flows and user journeys.

Create modern landing pages focused on high conversion.

Figma Expertise

Build scalable Design Systems.

Create reusable Components and Variants.

Use Auto Layout extensively.

Manage Variables and Design Tokens.

Build Interactive Prototypes.

Organize developer-friendly Figma files.

Prepare complete design specifications for engineering handoff.

User Experience

Conduct UX research and competitor analysis.

Improve usability through testing and user feedback.

Design accessible and responsive interfaces.

Follow Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines where appropriate.

Collaboration

Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

Participate in product planning and design reviews.

Present design concepts to stakeholders.

Maintain consistency across all products.
