Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for US-based requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain ATS and recruitment documentation.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory (Written & Verbal).
- Experience in US Staffing/Recruitment is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
