Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for US-based clients through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the client's requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in US recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of W2 employment laws and regulations in the United States.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with both clients and candidates.
