We are seeking a detail-oriented US Medical Billing - AR Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in medical billing and accounts receivable management, with a strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle. This role is essential in ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining positive relationships with patients and insurance providers.

Responsibilities

- Review and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances from healthcare providers and insurance companies.
- Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and appeals to insurance companies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical billing codes and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze billing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.




- Collaborate with the healthcare team to resolve billing issues and enhance the revenue cycle process.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-4 years of experience in medical billing and accounts receivable management.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient and insurance interactions.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.
