What are we looking for?

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.

Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, internal databases, and other sourcing platforms.

Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.

Assess candidates for technical skills, communication,



cultural fit, and visa/work authorization.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Negotiate compensation, start dates, and employment terms.

Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.

Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.

Work closely with Account Managers, Hiring Managers, and Delivery Teams to understand hiring needs.

Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality submissions.

Stay updated on US immigration processes (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, TN, EAD, USC, etc.) and current market trends.
