Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing process, tax terms, work authorization, and technical hiring across various IT technologies.The recruiter will work closely with account managers, hiring managers, and candidates to fulfill contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time requirements within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and databases
- Work on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements for US clients
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/non-technical interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Negotiate rates, salaries, and joining timelines
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS updates
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates quickly
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding processes




- Build strong relationships with consultants and candidates
- Meet daily/weekly submission and placement targets

Required Skills

- Experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, etc.
- Valuable understanding of US work authorization types:
- USC
- GC
- H1B
- OPT/CPT
- TN Visa
- Knowledge of tax terms:
- W2
- C2C
- 1099
- Experience hiring for technologies such as:
- Java
- .NET
- Cloud
- DevOps
- Data Engineering
- QA
- Cybersecurity
- Network Engineering
- Embedded/ Semiconductor/ Automotive/ Manufacturing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience working with direct clients or MSP/VMS requirements is a plus
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools
