Job Role: US Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 1-5 years( Freshers can also apply)

Location: Neredmet, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Learn the US Bench Sales recruitment process.
- Market bench consultants to implementation partners and vendors.
- Search for suitable client requirements through job portals and vendor networks.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding consultant availability.
- Submit consultant profiles for matching job requirements.
- Follow up with vendors and clients for interview feedback and placements.
- Maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
