Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a US IT Recruiter with 5 to 10 years of experience. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, evaluate suitable candidates, and ensure timely onboarding.
The recruiter will actively utilize various recruitment tools, platforms, and databases to identify and engage qualified candidates for IT-related roles.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Strong proficiency with IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
- Experience in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates, particularly in the technology domain
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, remote environment while meeting hiring deadlines
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
