Role Description

- Are you an experienced Healthcare Recruiter looking for your next opportunity?

We're looking for a results-driven skilled with 3+ years of experience in full-cycle healthcare recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

What we're looking for:

✅ 3+ years of Healthcare Recruitment experience

✅ Hands-on experience with Medefis (Mandatory), Recruitifi, and Aquent Scout

✅ Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment

✅ Consistent track record of achieving hiring targets and delivering quality talent





✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills

✅ Stable work history with the flexibility to work in a remote environment

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated skills in Healthcare Staffing and Hiring, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment for clinical or allied health roles.
- Strong Recruiting capabilities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to support candidates and clients with clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing deadlines, priorities, and multiple requisitions independently.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience in agency or staffing environments is preferred; prior healthcare industry exposure is a plus.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
