Role: Team Leader - Closing Sales

Job Location: Chennai

Experience: 5+ Years

Responsibilities

- Train and guide new sales team members.
- Assign tasks and monitor team sales performance.
- Resolve team and customer queries while ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Cluster Head and Regional Manager on revenue, performance, future plans, and improvement areas.
- Support team members in achieving sales and maximizing revenue.




- Provide constructive feedback and sales guidance to improve team performance.
- Maintain solid and healthy customer relationships.
- Motivate the team and foster a positive, competitive work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners for future growth.
