Role: Project Manager

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end residential construction projects from excavation to possession.

✅ Plan project schedules and monitor execution timelines.

✅ Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.

✅ Control project budgets and optimize resource utilization.

✅ Ensure quality standards, safety compliance and statutory regulations.

✅ Review BOQs, technical drawings, billing and contractor performance.

✅ Lead site engineers and project teams to achieve project milestones.

Required Skills

✔️ Project Planning & Scheduling

✔️ RCC, Finishing & MEP Coordination

✔️ Budgeting & Cost Control

✔️ BOQ Preparation & Verification

✔️ QA/QC & Safety Compliance





✔️ AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (Preferred), MS Office

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering ( Mandatory )
- PMP Certification / M.Tech ( Preferred but not mandatory )

Ideal Candidate

- 10+ years of experience in Residential/Commercial Real Estate Project Execution
- Proven experience managing high-rise residential projects from foundation to handover
- Robust leadership, stakeholder management and contractor coordination skills
- Ability to deliver projects within budget, on schedule and in compliance with quality and statutory standards
