? Experience: 1–3 Years (Candidates with 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply!)

What You'll Do

✅ Bid on projects via Upwork & PeoplePerHour (PPH)

✅ Understand client requirements and prepare winning proposals

✅ Communicate with global clients and generate qualified leads

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for project scope & pricing

✅ Manage follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

✅ Track bid performance and continuously improve conversion rates

We're Looking For

✔️ 1+ year of experience in Upwork/PPH bidding or IT Business Development

✔️ Excellent written English and proposal writing skills





✔️ Knowledge of IT services, Digital Marketing, Web Development, or Software Solutions is a plus

✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow
