Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee production operations in the frozen food sector.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage and optimize production processes for vegetables and fruits.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment functionality.
- Lead and train production staff, fostering a productive work environment.
- Manage and oversee the production process of frozen foods.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and quality control measures.
- Optimize production efficiency and workflow.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
- Lead and train production staff to maintain high performance.

Experience:





- 15+ years in production management, preferably in the frozen food industry or related sectors (vegetables and fruits).
- Knowledge of maintenance processes is a plus.

- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Food Technology or Engineering/Mechanical, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient understanding of food processing methods:

- Air Drying (AD)

- Freeze Drying (FD)

- Individual Quick Freezing (IQF)

Soft Skills:

- Excellent man-management and leadership skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities.
