Role Description The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of insurance advisors to drive sales of life insurance products and achieve unit-level business targets. This part-time, remote role includes planning and monitoring daily sales activities, guiding advisors on prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement.

The Unit

Manager will provide regular coaching and performance feedback, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements,



and support advisors in closing cases and servicing existing clients. Additional responsibilities include reporting performance metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed, and contributing to local market development initiatives through digital and telephonic outreach.
