Job Title: UI/UX Technical Developer (Pharma Domain)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Technical Developer with strong front-end development expertise and a passion for building intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on coding experience and a solid background in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry, developing enterprise applications that support clinical, regulatory, medical, or commercial business functions.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX development with strong hands-on coding expertise.
- Experience building responsive, scalable web applications using:
- React.js (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
- Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or similar UI frameworks
- Strong knowledge of UI architecture, reusable component development, and responsive design.
- Experience translating Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into production-ready code.
- Expertise in REST API integration and state management (Redux, Context API, etc.).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pharma Domain Experience (Mandatory)

- 3+ years of experience working with Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences clients.
- Experience developing applications supporting one or more of the following:
- Clinical Trials
- Regulatory Affairs
- Pharmacovigilance
- Drug Safety
- Medical Affairs




- Commercial Operations
- Quality & Compliance
- Understanding of industry regulations such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, or FDA compliance is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

- Develop contemporary, responsive, and high-performance web applications with a focus on user experience.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and backend developers to deliver intuitive user interfaces.
- Convert wireframes and prototypes into clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, accessibility, and usability.
- Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure adherence to UI/UX best practices, coding standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Design Systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience working with healthcare or life sciences data visualization is a plus.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Veeva, Medidata, IQVIA, or other Pharma/Life Sciences platforms.
- Exposure to AI-enabled user experiences or data visualization frameworks.
