UGC In-house Influencer (01 Years of Experience) - 2 Vacancies

We are looking for a charismatic, camera-confident UGC (User-Generated Content) In-House Content Creator to become the face and voice of Fymble across social media platforms. You will create authentic, relatable, and engaging short-form content that builds trust, increases brand awareness, and connects with fitness enthusiasts, gym owners, trainers, and wellness communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging UGC-style content including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, product walkthroughs, testimonials, unboxing videos, behind-the-scenes content, and day-in-the-life videos.

- Stay updated with trending audio, viral formats, challenges, memes, and platform trends across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and emerging social platforms.

- Script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos with compelling hooks, storytelling techniques, and strong calls-to-action.

- Represent the Fymble brand confidently on camera with an energetic, relatable, and authentic personality.

- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to execute content calendars, campaign themes, and product launches.

- Create product demonstrations, feature explainers, app tutorials, and educational fitness content for the Fymble platform.

- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, creating reply videos, and participating in trending conversations.

- Edit videos using mobile and desktop editing tools, including adding captions, transitions, motion graphics, background music, and text overlays.

- Maintain a consistent content production schedule and ensure timely publishing across all social platforms.

- Track content performance including views, engagement, shares, saves, watch time, and audience retention to continuously improve content quality.

Requirements & Qualifications





- 02 years of experience creating social media content for personal brands, businesses, or qualified platforms.

- Confident, expressive, and comfortable appearing on camera with excellent screen presence.

- Strong understanding of short-form content formats, storytelling techniques, viral hooks, and audience engagement strategies.

- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, InShot, or similar editing software.

- Excellent awareness of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and viral content formats.

- Passion for fitness, health, wellness, sports, or lifestyle content creation.

- Strong verbal communication skills with clear presentation, confidence, and natural delivery.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple content projects, and consistently meet deadlines.

- Creative mindset with the ability to generate original content ideas and adapt brand messaging into engaging videos.

- Basic understanding of content analytics including reach, impressions, engagement rate, watch time, and shareability.
