We are looking for an experienced Twilio Voice Technical Product Owner with a strong background in Contact Center platforms and Healthcare to drive product strategy, requirements, reporting, and technical solutions.

?️ Technical & Product Skills

- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner
- Strong SQL and database knowledge , including handling complex queries and data requirements
- Experience with end-to-end Contact Center reporting
- Hands-on exposure to Twilio Insights reporting and analytics
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills




- Ability to work effectively with demanding business and technical stakeholders
- Understanding of Healthcare compliance requirements related to reporting

? Key Responsibilities ? Define and manage product requirements for Twilio Voice and Contact Center solutions

? Collaborate with business, technology, and operational teams

? Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

? Drive reporting and analytics requirements using Twilio Insights

? Analyze data and reporting requirements using SQL

? Support Contact Center operations across Provider, Payer, and Healthcare environments

? Ensure solutions align with healthcare reporting and compliance requirements
