Role Description This is a full-time, in office Travel Sales Executive role based in Noida. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their travel preferences and recommend suitable spiritual tour packages. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, explaining package details, preparing quotations, and closing sales through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Executive will maintain customer records, follow up on leads, coordinate with operations teams for bookings, and ensure a high standard of customer service.



The role also includes meeting sales targets, participating in promotional activities, and providing feedback to improve packages and offerings.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and Hindi.

Customer service orientation, with a focus on building long-term relationships and addressing customer needs sensitively.

Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and CRM or booking systems.

Knowledge or interest in Indian temples, spiritual destinations, and cultural tourism.

Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and meet individual and team sales targets.

Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in tourism, business, or a related field is preferred.
