This role is specifically for Outbound Holiday Sales Professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert online outbound holiday package enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable destinations and itineraries.
- Design customized international holiday packages.
- Prepare quotations and package costings independently.
- Build strong customer relationships through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Consistently follow up with leads and achieve high conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- 2 - 6 years of experience in outbound holiday package sales.
- Hands-on experience handling outbound holiday package enquiries generated through Meta, Google Ads,



company websites and other digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and customized FIT packages.
- Ability to independently prepare itineraries and quotations.
- Target-oriented with excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
