Responsibilities

- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advise them on an appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
- Planning and motivating the client to buy flight tickets, and other travel services.
- Determining customer’s needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs.
- Providing excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of International Travel or International sales experience in voice process.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Compensation

- Depends on the skills and experience of the candidate.
