- ● Upsell and cross-sell premium cabins, suite experiences, and onboard services (dining, spa, entertainment).

- ● Follow up with potential leads to close sales and ensure a seamless booking experience.

- ● Handle high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with a professional and customer-first approach that aligns with Cordelia Cruises’ luxury service standards.

- ● Maintain a polished, professional, and structured approach in all interactions.

- ● Adhere to high call quality standards, ensuring explicit, confident, and persuasive communication.

- ● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
