Responsibilities

- Professionally and courteously manage a high volume of daily inbound calls (approximately 50 per day).
- Address customer service inquiries with a polite, solution-focused approach.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide accurate, personalized travel recommendations.
- Ensure precision and attention to detail in all customer interactions and transaction records.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships through clear and consistent communication.
- Confidently communicate detailed information about our holiday homes and related services.




- Effectively resolve customer issues within set timelines and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members, showing a willingness to learn and contribute positively to the team environment.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
