Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Gurugram.

The Travel

Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking premium-class travel, including researching flight options, preparing itineraries, and securing reservations aligned with client preferences and budgets. The role involves managing travel arrangements from inquiry to post-trip follow-up, handling changes or cancellations, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end travel experience.

Consultant will provide responsive customer service through phone, email, and messaging channels, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records in booking and CRM systems.



The role also includes staying updated on airline offers and fare rules, coordinating with airline partners, and contributing to process improvements and service quality.

Qualifications

- Experience in Travel Consulting, with the ability to advise clients on routes, cabins, and optimal fare options.
- Skills in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements, including itinerary planning and end-to-end trip coordination.
- Strong Customer Service capabilities, with a client-focused approach and effective problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with Reservations, GDS or airline booking systems, and ticketing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms to track bookings and client information.
- Prior experience in a travel agency, airline, or corporate travel environment is preferred.
- Relevant education in Travel, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
