Role Description We are looking for an experienced Training Manager – GIS & Navigation Projects to lead learning and capability development initiatives, drive large-scale workforce ramp-ups,
and build a highly skilled talent pool for our GIS and Navigation projects. ? Location: Dehradun
? Experience: 8–12 Years Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute scalable training strategies for GIS & Navigation projects
✔ Design role-based learning paths, training content, assessments, and certifications
✔ Lead onboarding and ensure production readiness of current hires
✔ Collaborate with Delivery, Quality, and Process Excellence teams to enhance training effectiveness
