Role Description The Training and Placement Manager (TPO) in Bengaluru is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving successful student placements and employer partnerships. This role involves coordinating with training centers to track learner progress, preparing learners for interviews through career counseling, soft-skills sessions, and placement readiness workshops.

The TPO will identify and build relationships with local and national employers, organize campus drives and job fairs, and maintain an updated database of opportunities and placement outcomes. The position also requires close collaboration with trainers and program teams to align curricula with market needs, collect feedback from recruiters,



and ensure continuous improvement in placement processes. The TPO will report on key placement metrics, support documentation for internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to outreach initiatives that enhance Anudip’s visibility with hiring partners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience building and maintaining partnerships with employers, recruiters, and institutional stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess placement and career services skills, including student counseling, interview preparation, resume guidance, and organizing recruitment events or campus drives.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct group sessions, deliver employer presentations, and interact effectively with diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess data tracking and reporting skills, including basic proficiency in MS Office tools, maintaining placement records, and preparing periodic reports and dashboards.
- Candidates should possess coordination and operational management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and handle multiple placement activities simultaneously.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in management, social sciences, or human resources, and prior experience in training, placement, recruitment, or skill development will be beneficial.
