Are you passionate about driving enterprise transformation and helping organizations successfully adopt AI-powered ways of working?

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager – Enterprise Change Management to lead large-scale change initiatives focused on organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, executive communications, and sustained adoption.

What we're looking for:

✔ 8+ years of Program / Change Management experience

✔ Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives

✔ Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills

✔ Experience working with cross-functional teams (HR, Product, Communications)

✔ Exposure to AI, Microsoft Copilot, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable





✔ PROSCI and/or PMP certification is an added advantage
