Job Title: TPA Executive

Job Summary:

The Billing Executive will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and maintaining accurate billing records. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and error-free invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and generate invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify billing data, including patient/client details, charges, and applicable taxes.
- Ensure proper documentation of all billing-related activities.
- Coordinate with departments (front office, TPA, accounts, etc.) for smooth billing operations.
- Handle queries and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments.

Qualifications & Skills:





- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting or relevant field.
- Proven experience in billing, accounts, or finance (preferably in healthcare/hospital/ corporate).
- Strong knowledge of billing software, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.

Experience:

- 1–7 years of experience in billing/accounts.
