About Us

Shivora Holidays is a growing travel company based in Jaipur, offering domestic and international holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, cruises, travel insurance, and customized travel experiences. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our team and help us create memorable journeys for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online travel inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare and send quotations for domestic and international holidays.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Sell flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, cruises, travel insurance, and other travel services.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners for pricing and confirmations.
- Maintain customer records and update inquiry status.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Assist with office administration and daily travel operations when required.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales or customer service (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive command of Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and Internet.
- Experience with travel booking portals is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).

- Monday to Saturday
- 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
