Position: Title Examiner / Search Analyst

Market: Texas (US Title Insurance)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Perform Full Title Search for properties in the Texas market.
- Conduct Current Owner Searches with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Examine property records to identify ownership history, liens, encumbrances, easements, judgments, and other title-related matters.
- Review and analyze public records to prepare clear and accurate title reports.
- Ensure compliance with Texas title examination standards and client guidelines.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and turnaround time as per business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in Texas State Title Search processes.
- Strong knowledge of Full Search, Current Owner Search, and Title Examining.




- Ability to analyze legal descriptions, deeds, mortgages, tax records, and other public documents.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy and quality.

Eligibility
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in US Title Search/Title Examining (Texas Market)
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Prior experience in the Texas Title Insurance industry is mandatory.
