Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of hands-on experience in TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning (FP/KPSA) and TIBCO BusinessWorks 5 development.

Robust experience in developing and maintaining fulfillment catalogs, orchestration flows, POs, TPOs, POFs, and cartridges.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Hands-on experience in programming languages or technologies that follow Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

Hands-on experience working in Linux/Unix environments.

Experience with Shell scripting and/or Python scripting.

Strong Oracle/SQL development skills, including query writing, performance tuning, and database optimization.

Proven expertise in SOAP and REST web services development.

Strong experience with TIBCO EMS messaging solutions.

Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Robust knowledge of Git version control and branching strategies.

Experience using JIRA and Confluence.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
