We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create high-quality content that meets the needs of our diverse audience.

What You’ll Do

•Develop and maintain user guides, API documentation, release notes, installation manuals, troubleshooting guides, and other technical content.

•Work with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy.

•Translate technical jargon and complex concepts into clear, accessible language for both technical and non-technical audiences.

•Contribute to content strategy by identifying user needs and gaps in existing documentation. Plan and organize content to improve user experience.

•Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Adhere to style guides and best practices.





•Regularly update content to reflect product changes, new features, and evolving user needs.

•Maintain high standards for documentation quality, usability, and accessibility.

Required skills and qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

•4-6 years industry experience as an effective technical writer.

•Proven experience as a technical writer or content creator, with a solid portfolio of technical documentation

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.

•Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and solve documentation-related issues independently.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

- Experience with computer networking technologies, such as DNS, routers, switch, firewalls and firewall rules including iptables, Virtual Private Networks and cloud-based services.
