We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition and Compliance Manager to lead warehouse hiring, manpower planning, statutory compliance, and HR coordination for warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in recruitment for logistics, warehousing, 3PL, or supply chain operations, along with working knowledge of labour laws, vendor management, and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and logistics roles.
- Coordinate manpower planning with warehouse and operations teams.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to labour, attendance, contractor records, and documentation.
- Manage vendors, contractors, recruitment partners, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain HR records, compliance trackers, reports, audits, and MIS.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and smooth HR operations at warehouse sites.
